Staff is excellent and caring. However, Dr. Rau is THE most caring, skilled, conscientious surgeon. My husband and I were pleased with his communication with my family. I felt completely safe and comfortable. Excellent results on my facelift, 20 yrs younger.

I recently underwent a breast reduction and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Rau reduced my breasts from a 36DDD to a 36C. I’m currently in my 4th month of recovery and they look and feel great! Dr. Rau was a pleasure to work with and he is undoubtedly in the top of his field. His staff was a pleasure as well. I can’t thank them all enough!

From the first time walking into the office , Dr. Rau and the staff were very kind and helpful through the whole process. Dr. Rau made sure I understood the process in full and gave me reasonable expectations regarding my surgery. He exceeded those expectations. I’m now one year post op and my confidence has grown so much over the past year, my friends and family have even made comments about how much happier and confident I am. My life has changed drastically in this past year thanks to the whole staff.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Rau...he's amazing! He takes the time to listen to you and answer all your questions... he is one of the best doctors you will find in Southern California, if not the best. I cannot recommend him enough! His staff are so awesome..very caring and super helpful as well! Would give him 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Rau and staff are both courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Rau’s talent is top-notch. I had a breast augmentation replacement and arm liposuction. His work on my arms made me look like I had muscle tone and work out every day! I love his staff and they always made me feel welcome! I highly recommend Dr. Rau!!!

The staff was very nice and seemed caring but I did not experience this at my consultation. I was there to get a revision on some sutures I had after the removal of a Basil Cell Carcinoma by a dermatologist who had told me to go see a Plastic surgeon to get the revision work done. I thought at first that he was trying to give me some good advice but after I showed him some photos I had taken of the incision as it was progressing through the healing process he seemed not to like that for some reason and he told me that I should just be grateful that the cancer was gone and then he abruptly left the room. I still don’t understand his reaction and I was very offended by this.

I had a tummy tuck and lipo with Dr.Rau. very good experience and love my results already. I am 2 weeks post op and can definitely see the difference, and can only imagine how much better it will look months down the road after full recovery. Dr.Rau was very informative before and after surgery, he was very kind and made me feel at ease. I had several other Doctors i had went to before deciding on Dr.Rau, it was his bedside manner that really sold me along with his knowledge of the procedure and years of experience. Over all I would highly recommend him to friends and family. Also the nursing staff was great and helpful.
